The terms that apply to America Checks In™ participation, Founding 100 commitments and CAREGD™ experiences. Last updated August 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply to the America Checks In™ website and the check-in experiences offered on it by CAREGD™. By using the site or taking part in a check-in experience, you agree to them.
America Checks In participation
Taking The Great Check-In™, checking in on one to three people through the Check In 3™ experience, and continuing to check in are voluntary. No account is required, and check-in responses are recorded anonymously.
CAREGD is not therapy
CAREGD, The Great Check-In™, Check In 3™ and all related experiences are not therapy, counseling, clinical care or medical treatment, and they do not diagnose or treat any condition. Check-in reflections and language are not medical, psychological or legal advice.
Not an emergency service
CAREGD does not provide crisis intervention or emergency response. If you believe someone may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services in your area without delay.
Founding 100 purchases
A Founding Check-In Leader™ ($25) or Founding Champion™ ($59) payment is a one-time founding commitment to participate in the movement. It is not a donation, is not tax-deductible, and is not an investment or an ownership interest of any kind.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout. CAREGD does not see or store card details. A Founding Number is issued only after Stripe confirms payment, is unique to one participant, and is assigned in the order payments are confirmed. An abandoned or unpaid checkout does not reserve or consume a Founding Number.
Merchandise and fulfilment
The Founding Champion™ level includes physical items — a CAREGD™ Checking In — Are You Good? T-shirt, one Black + Gold Founding I CHECK IN™ wristband and three Clay Rust I CHECK IN™ wristbands — shipped within the United States to the address provided at checkout. The Founding Check-In Leader™ level includes one Clay Rust I CHECK IN™ wristband. Sizes and items may vary with availability and CAREGD may substitute an item of equivalent value.
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a founding commitment, contact info@caregd.com. Requests received before items are produced or shipped can be refunded. Once merchandise has shipped, a refund may not be possible.
Communications
Reminder and follow-up messages are sent by email only, and only where you provided your details and agreed to receive them. Text message reminders are not offered. You can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
Participant responsibilities
Use the site and its experiences respectfully and lawfully. Do not misuse content, attempt to identify other participants, or present a check-in as professional care for someone else.
Organizational insight is aggregate
Organizational and partner reporting is aggregate and must not be used to grade, rank, evaluate or discipline individuals. Pressure is information, not a grade.
External services
This site links to experiences and tools hosted on separate platforms, including Stripe checkout and booking tools. Those services operate under their own terms.

CAREGD™, Human Infrastructure™, America Checks In™, The Great Check-In™, Check In 3™, The Monday Check-In™, Human Insight Report™, I CHECK IN™, You Good Sis?™, Bro, You Good?™, Coach, You Good?™, Church Checks In™, My Check-In Circle™ and Life Follow-Ups™ are marks of CAREGD. Site content and merchandise designs may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of responsibility
The site and its experiences are provided on an as-is basis. CAREGD is not responsible for outcomes resulting from their use, and nothing here guarantees a particular result from checking in.
