Why this community
Parent organizations reach mothers, fathers and families who are holding a great deal quietly, often at the same time.
These groups can help make checking in part of family culture — something practiced at home, not just discussed at a meeting.
The invitation
Parents are usually the ones checking on everyone else. This starts with them.

Going first means a parent checks in with themselves, says the thing out loud to their own child, and brings the behavior back to their parent community.
How to participate
Go first. It takes a minute.
Check in with you, think of your three, and reach out. Everything else in the movement happens after that.
